Tour overview
The Eden is a Comfortable-category yacht with one of the widest route menus in our fleet. An Eden yacht Galapagos cruise runs 4, 5, 6 or 8 days across six programmes. So the routes cover everything from the northern seabird island of Genovesa to the western volcanoes of Isabela and Fernandina.
The rate includes both snorkel equipment and wetsuits, which matters more than it sounds. Because the Humboldt current pushes north, Galapagos water runs cold. So a wetsuit is the difference between a ten-minute swim and an hour with sea lions and turtles.
Cabins have private bathrooms. Meanwhile, meals run from lunch on day one to breakfast on the last day. Also, unlimited water, tea, coffee and snacks are available all day. In addition, a certified naturalist guide working in English and Spanish leads every landing.

Day 1 · Thursday: Baltra and the Santa Cruz Highlands
Arrival at Baltra, transfer to the yacht and an afternoon in the Santa Cruz highlands, where giant tortoises graze in the wild.

Day 2 · Friday: Floreana: Post Office Bay, Cormorant Point and Devil's Crown
The historic mail barrel at Post Office Bay, the flamingo lagoon and green-sand beach at Cormorant Point, then snorkelling over the submerged crater of Devil's Crown.

Day 3 · Saturday: Española: Suarez Point and Gardner Bay
Suarez Point for waved albatrosses, blue-footed boobies, Española's red marine iguanas and the blowhole, then the white sand and sea lions of Gardner Bay.

Day 4 · Sunday: San Cristobal: Interpretation Center and departure
The Interpretation Center for the natural and human history of the archipelago, then transfer to San Cristobal airport.

Are wetsuits included?
Yes. Both snorkel equipment and wetsuits are included in the Eden's rate, with no daily rental charge.

Which fees do I pay on top of the cruise rate?
The Galapagos National Park entrance fee of US$200 and the Transit Control Card of US$20 per person, which is subject to change. Itinerary 2 also carries an Isabela docking fee of US$15 per person.

Is there a discount for children?
No. The Eden does not offer a child discount, and passengers aged 12 and over pay the full rate.

What does a single traveller pay?
Sole use of a cabin carries a 60% single supplement.

Which route should I choose for the western volcanoes?
The 6-day B route, departing Tuesday, and the 8-day D route, departing Sunday. Both reach Isabela's Moreno Point, Elizabeth Bay and Tagus Cove and Fernandina's Espinoza Point.

Are drinks included?
Purified water, tea, coffee and snacks are unlimited and included. Alcoholic drinks and sodas are sold at the bar on board.
