Tour overview
The Treasure of Galapagos is a Luxury-category vessel with three tight programmes: two different 5-day routes and a 7-day itinerary that reaches the western volcanoes.
Route A covers El Chato on Santa Cruz, Sullivan Bay and Bartholomew, North Seymour and South Plaza, and San Cristobal’s Pitt Point, Witch Hill and Interpretation Centre. Meanwhile, Route B works the southern islands: Colorado Hill, Espanola’s Gardner Bay and Suarez Point, Floreana’s Post Office Bay, Baroness Lookout, Cormorant Point and Champion Islet, and Santa Fe’s Barrington Bay. Then the 7-day programme adds Isabela and Fernandina: the whitetip reef shark channel, the Wetlands and the Wall of Tears, Moreno Point, Tagus Cove, Espinoza Point and Vicente Roca Point.
The rate includes all meals from lunch on day one, plus snorkel equipment and a cabin with private bathroom. It also covers a certified bilingual naturalist guide and unlimited purified water, tea and coffee.

Day 1 · Fri: Arrival in Baltra and Santa Cruz: El Chato
Arrival at Baltra Airport and boarding. Afterwards, a guided excursion to El Chato in the Santa Cruz highlands.

Day 2 · Sat: Santiago: Sullivan Bay and Bartholomew
Guided visits to Sullivan Bay on Santiago Island, then to Bartholomew Island.

Day 3 · Sun: North Seymour and South Plaza
Next, two guided excursions: North Seymour Island and South Plaza.

Day 4 · Mon: San Cristobal: Pitt Point and Witch Hill
A full day on San Cristobal Island, first at Pitt Point and then at Witch Hill.

Day 5 · Tue: Interpretation Centre and departure
Visit to the San Cristobal Interpretation Centre, then transfer to the airport.

Which of the two 5-day routes should I choose?
Route A departs on Fridays from Baltra and covers Santa Cruz, Sullivan Bay, Bartholomew, North Seymour, South Plaza and San Cristobal. Meanwhile, Route B departs on Tuesdays from San Cristobal and covers Espanola, Floreana, Santa Fe and Santa Cruz.

Should I book my Galapagos flight through you?
We recommend it. If you purchase the flight yourself, there is no assistance at the Quito or Guayaquil airports. Also, the cruise rate does not include flights in either case.

Which fees do you pay on arrival?
First, the Galapagos National Park entrance fee of $200 per person. Second, the transit control card of $20 per person, which is subject to change.

Does the rate include snorkel equipment?
Yes, snorkel equipment is in the rate. However, you rent wetsuits separately: $50 per person for the 5-day routes and $80 per person for the 7-day route.

Are there discounts for children?
Yes. Children under 11 years and 11 months receive a 20% discount when accompanied by two paying adults. Solo travellers pay a 25% single supplement, the lowest of our Luxury cruises.

Which route reaches Isabela and Fernandina?
The 7-day itinerary, departing on Saturdays from Baltra. It includes the whitetip reef shark channel, the Wetlands and the Wall of Tears, Moreno Point, Tagus Cove, Espinoza Point and Vicente Roca Point.
